Dr. Quimson-Guevarra is Board-Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in both Forensic Psychiatry and Psychiatry. She completed a Forensic Psychiatry fellowship at Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU), one of only a few such Fellowships in the country.

Her training included Expert Witness Civil Procedure, landmark case law regarding forensic expert opinions in psychiatry, such as mens rea, standards of competency to stand trial and criminal responsibility. She conducted  CTST and CR evaluations at Oregon State Hospital (OSH). She is a Certified evaluator for the state of Oregon and conducts private Psychiatry Assessments.

 

Dr. Quimson-Guevarra is available to serve as a disclosed Expert or an undisclosed Psychiatric Expert Consultant in her work with civil and criminal attorneys and prosecution as a disclosed Expert and as an undisclosed Consultant.
